1. Managers (Personnel & Administration):
Candidates must be graduate with MBA(HR)/P.G.Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management and IR or Master/ Diploma in Social Work from a Govt. recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE and having at least 8 years experience in Executive position preferably in any Manufacturing/Production Industry of repute in handling IR matters, Contractors’ Workers issue etc. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
